Log into your iTokri account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact; place it securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Reverse Pickup
Our logistics partner will schedule a convenient pickup from your doorstep within 48-72 hours of your request approval.
Refund or Store Credit
Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue iTokri store credit as per your preference.
